SA

Our RSA (SITHFAB021) course has been approved by Consumer Business Services and is recognised for work in licensed premises in South Australia.

NT

The National SITHFAB201 or SITHFAB021 course is required. We currently offer SITHFAB021: Responsible Service of Alcohol.

NSW

An online RSA course is now available in NSW. We have recently been approved by L&GNSW NSW to offer RSA NSW ONLINE. Click here for more information.

ACT

Interstate RSA certificates are acceptable in the ACT; as a national provider of the SITHFAB021 unit of competency, our course is valid for those wishing to work in ACT. Certificates must be renewed every 3 years to work in ACT.

VIC

An online RSA course is now available in VIC. We have recently been approved by VCGLR to offer RSA VIC ONLINE. Click here for more information.

WA

The nationally recognised unit of competency SITHFAB201 or SITHFAB021 is accepted. This is the course that we offer.

(In WA you have a second choice that no other State provides. You may choose to undertake a “basic awareness course” through another provider. This basic awareness course will only be valid in WA. Whereas the course we offer will allow you to work in WA and QLD, SA, NT, VIC -see VIC extra conditions).

TAS

Must be a National SITHFAB201 or SITHFAB021 course, the RTO must meet the AQTF in relation to continuing registration, it must be customised for the State, and RTO’s must have measures in place to verify the ID of the student and that it is them doing the course.

We currently offer SITHFAB021: Responsible Service of Alcohol online only and meet all of the additional, Tasmania-specific requirements.
